B&Q Eastwood is hiring a Showroom Advisor to support customers with questions, designs, and product choices. This part-time role involves creating inspirational designs using our software and guiding customers from idea to delivery, both face-to-face and virtually.

You will work a rota including weekends and evenings, with a competitive salary (£14.10 per hour / £26,945 FTE) and opportunities for bonuses and a £3,000 top-performer award. Join a team focused on excellent service.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues, installers and customers.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
