Job summary

Age UK Retford is recruiting a Shop Supervisor to deliver excellent retail service and a great shopping experience. You will help maximise shop sales, deputise for the Shop Manager when required and support day-to-day running with a professional approach.

The role requires working 21 hours across a 7-day rota, including weekends. You will support with stock, displays and customer care while reflecting Age UK's values in a busy charity shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience of cash handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lone work when needed.
• Fulfil stock-handling requirements up to 10 kg.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and maximise shop profits and daily operations.
• Assist with stock rotation, displays and shop tidying.
• Represent Age UK professionally and deputise for managers when needed.
