Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Old Manor Inn site in Kewstoke is seeking a part-time shift supervisor to welcome guests, supervise staff, and ensure top service standards across all shifts.

You'll lead a team, train colleagues, and help maintain cleanliness and safety while delivering a warm, memorable guest experience at a beloved UK pub brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and train staff.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host, serve guests and lead the team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for training and standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety on site.
