The Lock Keeper at Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team delivering great service. You will train staff, supervise shifts, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high standards of customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during shifts.
• Experience training staff and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams during busy periods.
• Train and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the venue.
