Job summary

Springfield Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team in our Rural pub setting. You will drive guest experiences, manage shifts, and help train staff to maintain our high service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a small team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: host guests and confidently lead your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for the team.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
