Job summary

The Bakers Arms in Poole, part of Vintage Inns and Mitchells & Butler Group, is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a small team and drive great service with a focus on training and standards. As shift supervisor you will host, lead the team, coach colleagues and maintain cleanliness and safety to ensure guests return.

• Experience in hospitality and shift supervision.
