Mitchells & Butlers’s The Lock Keeper site is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll train staff, maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience across the brand family.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or frontline service mindset is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

• Act as shift leader and role model for the team.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
