Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff, volunteers or services within homelessness, housing, advice, or community support.
• Ability to lead teams, monitor performance and improve service quality.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and information sharing.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supervising and developing staff and volunteers.
• Monitoring service performance, outcomes and KPIs.
• Overseeing complex cases, safeguarding concerns, complaints and service risks.
• Ensuring accurate records and reports are maintained.
• Building relationships with local authorities, housing providers, health services, funders and community partners.
