Wellfield Junior School invites a dedicated SENDCo to join our friendly team in a fixed-term role from January 2027 to February 2028. The post is 0.6 FTE (three days per week) and uses MPR1 to UPS with TLR 2b, with no teaching commitment.

You will lead SEND provision across the school, manage EHCPs, implement the graduated approach, monitor provision and deliver staff training, working with parents and external agencies to ensure every child can succeed.

Formación

• Qualified teacher with experience in primary SEND provision
• Strong understanding of statutory SEND and safeguarding duties
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
• Commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead SEND provision across the school, including in the small specialist class
• Manage EHCPs and implement the graduated approach
• Monitor provision and deliver staff training
