Job summary

Trust Education Limited is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with diverse needs in the Doncaster area. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver targeted interventions and adapt activities to meet individual learning, communication, and sensory requirements.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, positive behaviour, and inclusive practice, with opportunities to develop skills across different school settings and contribute to pupil wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with primary-aged children in a school setting.
  • Good English and Maths skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Patient, caring, and able to engage and support pupils.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
