24x7 Group is seeking a Driver – Home to School Transport Driver in Colchester for term-time, part-time hours. You’ll provide safe transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities and work on school routes.

The role offers 12.5 to 20 hours per week, a monthly salary of £540–£860 depending on route, and full training. Vehicle provided, DBS checks, and 23 days holiday are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (car category).
• Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles.
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS Check.
• Completion of Group 2 medical assessment.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
• Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts on school days

Skills
