Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and respond to telephone and email enquiries in a helpful and constructive manner.
• Registering and signing in all visitors/contractors, following safeguarding procedures.
• Communicate with parents regarding school life and relay information to teachers.
• Receive parcels and deliveries and manage post and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support including attendance, stationery orders and events; use MIS and Microsoft packages.
