Job summary

Lift Noel Park Primary in North London is seeking a School Operations Manager to keep the school running smoothly, safely and efficiently. You’ll oversee finance, facilities, compliance, administration and health & safety, working with staff, contractors and families across the Trust.

Share your proactive, organised approach in a role that combines hands-on leadership with process improvement, data protection and communications support for lettings, HR, finance, procurement and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational environment (school, facilities, project management, hospitality, events)
• Organised, proactive and confident with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead or support teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's administration and operational functions.
• Oversee facilities, estates, catering, cleaning and IT services.
• Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety and data protection.
• Support HR, recruitment, finance, procurement and staffing processes.
• Manage lettings, communications and wider operational logistics.
• Work closely with central and regional Trust teams.
• Support the school's marketing, website and social media.
• Identify ways to improve systems, processes and efficiency.
