Job summary

Lift Noel Park Primary, part of Lift Schools, is looking for a School Operations Manager to oversee administration, facilities, and compliance at our North London site. The role involves hands-on leadership across finance, HR, IT, and health & safety, working with staff, contractors and families to keep the school running smoothly.

You'll need to be organised and proactive, with experience in busy operational environments.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and confident with operational experience.
• Experience in school, facilities, project management, hospitality, events, or similar leadership roles.
• Able to manage competing priorities and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's administration and operational functions.
• Oversee facilities, estates, catering, cleaning and IT services.
• Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety and data protection.
• Support HR, recruitment, finance, procurement and staffing processes.
• Manage lettings, communications and wider operational logistics.
• Work closely with central and regional Trust teams.
• Support the school's marketing, website and social media.
• Identify ways to improve systems, processes and efficiency.
