Qualifications

• Reliable IT professional with hands-on experience.
• Experience supporting staff and students.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Ability to diagnose hardware, software and network issues.
• Ability to set up classroom technology and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support to staff and students.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral IT equipment.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows, and school-based software systems.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of classroom tech, including interactive displays and AV equipment.
