Education Authority in Downpatrick- Ardmore House Special School is seeking a part‑time Cleaning Supervisor (13.5 hours/week) to oversee cleaning staff and ensure EA standards are met. Qualifications

• Two years’ cleaning experience outside the home environment.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work NI Order 1978.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and machinery.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control the work of cleaning staff to meet EA standards.
• Carry out induction and refresher training for staff.
• Liaise with the building manager on day‑to‑day issues.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Maintain supplies and equipment within budget and ensure safety.
