Job summary

Chartwells is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will ensure kitchen and service counters run smoothly and help deliver exceptional food experiences, while progressing your catering career within a company that values its people.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, team leadership skills, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and develop teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
