Job summary

Education Authority NI is seeking a Catering Assistant for a part-time post at Priory Integrated College in Down-Holywood. The role involves daily catering tasks, kitchen/dining room duties, and assisting with meal service to pupils.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Basic preparation of food and beverages, including vegetables and snacks.
• Simple cooking and reconstitution of prepared food.
• Organising and controlling food service points.
• Transferring and serving meals and snacks.
• Assist with promotion of meals to pupils, parents and staff.
• Maintain dining area and sanitation, wash up and clear away equipment.
• Record temperatures for control purposes and secure premises.
• Complete administration and duties within statutory requirements.
