Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the school site as required.
• Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general DIY tasks.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the school grounds.
• Monitoring health and safety across the site and reporting any issues.
• Liaising with contractors and overseeing works where necessary.
• Managing site security, including alarms and access.
• Supporting with setting up rooms and spaces for school activities and events.
