Key duties include opening and closing the site, routine maintenance, grounds cleaning, health and safety monitoring, liaising with contractors, managing alarms and access, and supporting setting up rooms for school activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the school site as required
• Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general DIY tasks
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the school grounds
• Monitoring health and safety across the site and reporting any issues
• Liaising with contractors and overseeing works where necessary
• Managing site security, including alarms and access
• Supporting with setting up rooms and spaces for school activities and events
