Job summary

Education Authority in Ballyclare Secondary School, Antrim-Ballyclare, is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant to support daily food service operations. You will assist with basic food prep, meal service, and maintaining hygiene across kitchen and dining areas.

This role requires good teamwork and reliable communication with pupils and staff. You will follow all safety and food hygiene guidelines, record temperatures, and help promote meals while supporting the central kitchen as needed.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Record temperatures for control purposes.
• Assist with securing premises and reporting issues.
