Responsabilités

• Generate new sales and lettings business through proactive prospecting, referrals and existing client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

A successful independent property business is looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its Shipton under Wychwood team on a part-time basis. This role would suit a confident property professional with experience across both residential sales and lettings.

Job Title: Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Part Time)

Position: Permanent – Part Time

Reference: WR97451

Combining sales and lettings responsibilities, the successful candidate will handle everything from generating new business and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing transactions.

A good understanding of the lettings process from instruction through to move-in would be very helpful, alongside strong local property knowledge, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.
