Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Lettings Manager to lead residential lettings in Chipping Norton. You will manage day-to-day lettings, valuations, listings, viewings and negotiations, while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Job Title: Lettings Manager (Part Time)

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Lettings Manager to join a professional property team in Chipping Norton, managing residential lettings and delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

Sector: Residential Lettings

Location: Chipping Norton, OX7

Salary: £38,000 per annum (pro rata)

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

The role will suit an experienced lettings professional with strong knowledge of the residential rental market, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach but who is looking to balance family life with an energetic career.

You will manage properties, oversee the lettings process, build relationships and help grow the local portfolio.
