We're Support Tree â a London-based IT support and cybersecurity company that works with financial services firms across the UK. We're not a big corporate machineâwe're a values-driven team that believes in growing through genuine relationships, not pushy sales tactics.

And that's where you come in.

This is not about hitting people with sales scripts or forcing meetings. Your role is about starting conversations, gathering valuable insights, and opening doors over time.

You'll Be

  • Researching companies we'd like to work withâusing tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and directories to find the right contacts and decision-makers
  • Calling and emailing these contacts to introduce Support Tree in a warm, professional, and helpful way
  • Finding key information we can use for future marketing and salesâsuch as contract renewal dates, IT pain points, current providers, phone systems, and whether they're exploring AI or undergoing major business changes
  • Updating our CRM (HubSpot) with your findings so we can nurture each contact in a timely, relevant way
  • Sending thoughtful follow-upsâoccasionally including handwritten notes or physical outreach (âlumpy mailâ) where appropriate
  • Encouraging future meetings when the timing is right, but always through rapport and relevanceânot pressure

We'll give you the tools, the process, and the supportâyou bring the personality and persistence.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to work with someone who is:

  • Naturally warm, chatty, and upbeat
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and happy to ask smart questions
  • Organised and able to track information about businesses and people
  • Genuinely curious about how companies operate
  • Familiar with email, LinkedIn, or a CRM (like HubSpot)âor willing to learn

You might come from a background in customer service, hospitality, fundraising, telesales, or adminâbut it's your energy, tone, and mindset that will matter most.

What You'll Get

  • £17â£20 per hour, depending on experience
  • £50 bonus for every qualified meeting booked
  • £100 bonus for each qualified lead that converts into a full managed service client
