Careline365 in Norwich is offering a part-time sales/customer service role with hybrid working. Starting from 15 hours per week, you will listen to customers, recommend suitable solutions and aim for targets while prioritising excellent service. Training runs for two weeks, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30, at the office.

Start date 4 January 2027. Salary is £14.35–£15.38 per hour, with a potential £12,000 annual bonus via performance pay (pro rata).

Formación

• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role where recommending products or services and identifying needs was part of the job.
• Ability to work toward targets and KPIs while delivering great service.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems to manage conversations and outcomes.
