Job summary

Ryman is seeking a Sales Assistant to support store management and drive turnover with a strong focus on customer service. You will be an ambassador for the brand, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to KPI attainment.

Working 20 hours per week for 6 months, you will develop product knowledge, participate in stock management, and uphold high merchandising standards while promoting promotions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador for Ryman and Theo Paphitis Retail Group.
• Handle customer complaints professionally including returns to retain customers.
• Aim to exceed KPIs and store targets set by management.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and suggest suitable products with promotions.
• Support stock replenishment and maintain stock system accuracy.
• Promote visual merchandising standards and keep store tidy.
