Job summary

Ryman in Guildford is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant working 12 hours per week to support the store team. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, up-sell and maintain stock accuracy while upholding merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Ryman and Theo Paphitis Retail Group, sharing knowledge with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally to ensure retention.
• Aim to exceed KPIs and store objectives set by management.
• Engage with customers, identify needs and upsell through product knowledge.
• Carry out stock replenishment and maintain stock system accuracy.
• Promote high merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and continue self-development.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales with add-on items.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
