Working in our retail stores requires our retail sales team to provide each customer with an exceptional Lids experience, maintain our product presentations, and be knowledgeable about our products and services.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Generate revenue

• Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual guidelines, including proper sales signage and cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to the dress code.

Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Control costs

• Protect the company's assets within retail guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management, including processing shipments and returns.
• Assist in accurate and timely product counting.
• Follow all retail policies, procedures, and principles.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional verbal communication.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the time.

Associates start at minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

For Colorado-based roles: Annual pay ranges between $14,600 and $54,000. Additional bonuses and benefits may be offered.
