Role: Crafting Dreams as a Room Manager

As a Room Manager, you'll set the tone for our expert educators within one of our nursery family rooms, leading by example. You'll help your team reach their potential as they help children achieve theirs. This role requires an expert teacher with a passion for coaching and mentoring, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: N Family Redhill

Join us at our vibrant 112-place nursery in Redhill, conveniently located near the train station (6-minute walk) with on-street parking and bus routes (460 or 420).

Salary & Benefits

• Earn between £27,500 - £31,500, pro-rated for your hours
• Performance bonus up to £1,200 annually
• Flexible working patterns: 4-day 36-hour week or 5-day 40-hour week
• Up to 32 days of holiday, including Christmas/New Year break and a 'Me' day
