About the role:

Pre-School Room Manager

Join us at Little Pioneers as a Room Manager, where you'll build your career and play a key role in shaping young minds. Lead a dedicated team, foster children's development, and support your career growth. We are flexible with days worked, considering a 4-day workweek.

What will the role involve?

• Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for colleagues.
• Planning and Assessment: Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments aligned with EYFS.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results.
• Teaching Excellence: Support education and development of key children through high-quality teaching.

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Essential)
