Job summary

Farmfoods is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor in Wick. You will join the store leadership and help run daily operations, ensuring great service and efficient cash handling, deliveries and shop routines. You will lead a small team and contribute to cost control and payroll management.

The role offers 24 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.61, plus a wide benefits package and staff discount. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, reliable and capable of stepping in when the manager

Qualifications

Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries preferred.
Friendly, positive and hardworking approach.

Responsibilities

Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide great service to customers.
Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager's absence, ensuring deliveries are processed quickly and routines completed to keep the shop safe, tidy and efficient.
Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
Take responsibility for controlling costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
