Farmfoods in Liverpool is recruiting a Retail Supervisor for our Rice Lane shop. This part-time role offers a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week with an hourly pay of £13.61, and the potential for overtime on busy periods, including some weekend work.

You will support the manager, supervise a small team of retail assistants, handle cash, place orders and help manage payroll while ensuring great customer service and shop standards.

Qualifications

• Part-time role with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Experience as supervisor/leader in retail preferred.
• Basic DBS check (England/Wales) required if hired.
• Trustworthy and reliable, able to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support manager in running shop and leading retail team.
• Open/close shop, handle cash, place orders, train staff.
