Job summary

Farmfoods is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor for our shop in Glasgow. The role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, with shifts including weekends. You’ll support the manager to run a tight, customer‑focused shop and lead a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in retail or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead a small team and support a manager.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager to run an efficient shop and deliver great service.
• Take full responsibility for shop operations in the manager's absence.
• Open/close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop staff.
• Control costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
