Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Dundee store. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.91 per hour plus non contractual, hourly sales commission. At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This is a part time, permanent position and you will be contracted to work 12 hours per week. Start date: Immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Drive to exceed monthly sales targets and deliver great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers and provide helpful, knowledgeable information on products.
• Serve customers at the till and process sales transactions.
• Promote and recommend complimentary products with each sale.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are tidy and up-to-date.
• Handle stock deliveries and maintain a clean shop floor.
