Deichmann in Braehead is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to support the store team in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role covers 16 hours per week and offers an hourly rate up to £13.91 plus non-contractual commission, with duties including opening/closing, cash handling and customer service.

The successful candidate will lead a team, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure the store is inviting with well-merchandised displays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
