Job summary

Deichmann in Glasgow is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Braehead store. The role is 16 hours per week on a part-time, permanent basis, with a competitive hourly rate up to £13.91 and a discretionary sales commission.

You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, open and close the store, deliver excellent service, and drive product sales. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, is motivated, and can work flexibly Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to cash up and manage banking tasks.
• Flexible schedule to work any day of the week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, cashing up and completing admin tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Promote and recommend products at each sale.
• Support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints.
