• Experience supervising frontline teams in a fast-paced retail/food service environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Operate till, take orders and handle payments.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Place stock orders to maintain levels.
• Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
