Job summary

British Heart Foundation in Newark is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for a busy clothing store. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, help merchandise donated stock, and support the E-Commerce team to grow online sales.

This role includes weekend and bank holiday shifts, possible lifting of items, and acting as a Keyholder when managers aren’t on duty. If you’re energetic, customer focussed and keen to contribute to sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting donation bags and furniture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service.
• Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to boost online sales.
• As a Keyholder, help run the shop when managers aren’t on duty.
