Job summary

Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join the team in our Telford store. You will have retail experience and supervisory skills, with a focus on service, product knowledge, and sales.

You will work 12 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.91 per hour plus non contractual hourly sales commission. This is a part-time, permanent role supporting store management and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience including cashing up and banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and coach a team.
• Leading by example in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and associated duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Help achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist management in leading the team and supporting colleagues.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and stock updates are managed.
• Handle stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
