Job summary

TimePlan Education is assisting a Good Secondary School in Waltham Forest to recruit a Reprographics Technician for the remainder of the academic year. The role involves providing an efficient reprographics service to support teaching and learning, producing worksheets, booklets, examination papers and displays.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff, using reprographics equipment and IT tools to meet tight deadlines in a busy school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reprographics or administrative, printing or school-based environment.
• Confident using photocopiers, printers, scanners and other reprographics equipment.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable, proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff and students.
