Confidential in Devizes, Wiltshire is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a part-time, temporary 6-month assignment with potential for permanence. The role involves coordinating events, managing artwork and promotional materials, and supporting logistics and supplier liaison.

Working alongside the Marketing & New Business Manager, you will handle trade shows, travel arrangements, purchase orders and invoicing, while maintaining records and ensuring smooth department operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, events management or project support.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.

Marketing Coordinator
16.00ph to 18.00ph (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Devizes. Working alongside the Marketing & New Business Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly, from managing event logistics to coordinating artwork and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating trade shows and exhibitions
• Arranging travel, accommodation, and event logistics
• Processing purchase orders and managing invoice approvals
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and exhibition organisers
• Completing exhibition documentation, including risk assessments
• Coordinating uniform ordering and distribution
• Supporting freight forwarding and shipment activities
• Managing marketing merchandise and stock levels
• Assisting with the creation of promotional materials and artwork
• Maintaining departmental records and documentation

Skills & Experience

• Previous marketing, events management, or project support experience
• Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hours of work are approximately 28 to 30 hours per week (working pattern negotiable for the right candidate), and there is free on-site parking for staff.
