Job summary

Arun Estate Agencies Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator for Wards of Kent. This three-day-per-week, remote role supports the in-house team and external partners to turn plans into action, track deadlines, and keep daily activity on track.

You’ll coordinate marketing projects, liaise with agencies, manage supplier progress and budgets, and prepare simple progress reports. Experience in marketing coordination and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint are essential; driving

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination, account management or project support.
• Organised, confident communicator who can juggle priorities and coordinate tasks.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Estate agency or multi-branch experience is a bonus; driving licence helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keep marketing projects organised, update plans, follow up on actions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help bring campaigns to life, including the People First project, to win more business from competitors.
• Be a key contact for marketing agencies, advertising partners, suppliers; maintain positive, productive relationships.
• Check supplier progress, budgets, contract dates, and flag issues early.
• Coordinate activity across the marketing team, branches and external partners.
• Pull together supplier updates and prepare progress and performance reports for the business.
