Qualifications

• Previous recruitment resourcing experience is essential.
• Ability to identify suitable candidates and start conversations.
• Strong communication skills and telephone manner.

Responsabilités

• Identify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and databases.
• Review CVs and assess suitability for vacancies.
• Engage candidates to understand experience, roles, salary expectations and availability.
• Assist with interview arrangements and candidate follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn.
• Coordinate with team to prioritise vacancies and engagement.
