Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Review CVs and match candidates to opportunities.
• Conduct initial candidate pre-screening calls.
• Contact candidates to discuss roles, availability and experience.
• Book candidates in for interviews and coordinate arrangements.
• Update candidate records and maintain recruitment databases.
• Provide general recruitment administration and support.
• Support the wider recruitment team with day-to-day tasks.
