We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant who wants to transition from another professional background (e.g., hospitality, estate agency, retail management, customer service, or general sales) into a high-earning, B2B consultative recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, map, and reach out to prospective corporate clients through cold outreach, phone calls, LinkedIn networking, and market research to win new hiring mandates.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Headhunt, source, and interview specialist professionals using databases, job boards, and proactive social outreach.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Manage candidate and client pipelines through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (briefing, shortlisting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding).
• Market Mapping: Become an expert in your niche sector, tracking industry trends, company expansions, and talent shortages.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit daily and weekly activity metrics (calls, presentations, meetings booked) and achieve quarterly billing revenue targets.
