Job summary

Priory Group's Priory Hospital Woking is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the site support team. The role is permanent but part-time, offering a 26.25-hour week with a pro-rata salary around £26,300 per year.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, ensuring a calm, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, managing administrative tasks and issuing security passes.

Qualifications

• Experience gained within a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, answering enquiries and directing people to the appropriate areas or individuals.
• Managing incoming telephone calls and switchboard enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Completing general administrative tasks and issuing visitor security passes.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area, reporting any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
• Supporting the purchase of sundry items where required and using equipment and resources efficiently.
