Part Time Receptionist – Salisbury City Centre

Salisbury | £13.25 per hour | 17.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 12:15pm

We are pleased to be working with a long-established and reputable business located in the heart of Salisbury, who are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to work reduced hours in a professional and welcoming environment.

The Role:

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. This is a varied front-of-house role offering consistency and structure, ideal for someone with a personable nature and strong attention to detail.

Key duties will include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

  • Managing meeting room bookings and maintaining tidy reception and communal areas

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post

  • General administrative tasks to support the wider office team

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A confident and professional telephone manner

  • Good IT skills

  • A proactive and friendly approach to day-to-day tasks

Hours & Benefits:
