Griffin Mill Garages in Pontypridd is seeking a confident Receptionist to join our busy dealership on a part-time basis. You will speak with customers, set a warm first impression, and liaise with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth introduction.

We value a professional telephone manner, punctuality and strong English communication. Prior front-of-house or hospitality experience is essential for this role.

We are looking for a confident and well-presented person with a professional telephone manner to join us as Receptionist in our busy Pontypridd based dealership.

As a Receptionist with us, you’ll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales and service teams.

You’ll be effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting their needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do. You’ll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

This role is part-time, (Monday - Wed, 08:30am – 05:30pm).

About you:
