Job summary

Confidential in Oxford is seeking two professional and friendly Lodge Receptionists to join a busy 24/7 reception team.

This part-time role offers a minimum of around 18 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on additional hours when required. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests and staff, delivering excellent customer service while helping to maintain the safety and security of the Centre.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and professional approach.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Flexible to work day or night shifts, including weekends.
