Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Reablement Home Carer to support mainly older adults in regaining independence at home. You will be part of a dedicated reablement team, receiving full training and ongoing support to succeed in the role.

The position offers pro-rated pay for part-time hours, with a strong emphasis on compassion, patience, and clear communication. Training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications
